Born in Lucena, Quezon Philippines and Migrated to the US in 1982. Married to James Dullas, Philippine Military Academy Graduate of Class 81.
She loved to play golf and to travel.
She worked for 25 years in Title Insurance Companies, as Assistant Title Officer and Title Officer. First American Title Insurance, Old Republic, Gateway Title, Ticor Title to name a few.
Became a Real Estate licensed in1990. She and her husband James (Broker on record) bought a franchise EXIT Realty in 2010. And after 5 years they established a Broker-Owned company named Cavalier Financial & Tax Services dba Zara Dulas Realty.
She joined the Asian Real Estate Association of America and served as a Vice President, Treasurer and served for over 10 years.
Continuing Education is her top priority to better serve her clients. She believed in Knowledge is Power.
