Peter Park is the founder and chairman of the Dreams Come True Foundation, a national organization that passionately advocates for increased sustainable homeownership, affordable housing, the empowerment of Asian American and minority communities, and fostering a more equitable society.

In addition to his role at the foundation, Peter is the CEO and owner of Prime Properties Asset Management. With over 38 years of experience, Peter has expertise in real estate brokerage, the foreclosure industry, property management, the international capital market, and servicing high-net-worth clients. He holds the designations of CCIM, CPM, and CIPS.

Peter has been a prominent guest speaker at numerous seminars and conferences, sharing his insights and knowledge. He has also served various nonprofit organizations, most notably the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). In 2012, as the President of AREAA’s Greater Los Angeles chapter, he launched the Super Summit. This mega real estate event rapidly gained acclaim, increasing the chapter’s membership from 100 to 1,000 within just 12 months and establishing it as the largest and leading chapter in the country. Later, Peter also served on AREAA’s national executive board as its secretary and treasurer. With extensive knowledge in the distressed real estate sector, Peter has collaborated with government entities such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and many major national banks.

Beyond his work in the United States, Peter served as the Investment Chair for Cityscape Korea and as an advisor for the Global Seoul Real Estate Association. He has organized five groundbreaking real estate trade missions to Korea since 2014.

On a personal note, Peter is an avid practitioner of the martial art of Kumdo. He has a passion for singing and fine art. Born in Korea, raised in Ecuador, and educated in the United States, Peter is truly multicultural and trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean.
